Hello, my name is TanukiSunshine, aka Colleen, Okashi co-founder, community director, resident tanuki.  I'm primarily in charge of all things community, web, and promotions related at Okashi, though I occasionally help out in other areas too (it's what tanuki do Wink).

If you met us at an anime convention, you probably talked to me at our booth in the dealers room, or during our panel.  I was most likely wearing the blue-and-white serafuku (sailor uniform), same as what our Shira Oka (female) students wear.

And you are...?

(p.s. It might help if you reminded us what you were wearing/looked like/etc. the first time we met, so we can re-connect screen names with faces. Wink  Or, if you didn't meet us at a con, tell us how you found us. Smiley)

Hi.  I'm Josh Medin.  I'm a married 35-year-old restaurant manager, chef, and amateur game designer.

I'm also Acen Video Programming Staff.  Potbellied caucasian, sorta cleanshaven, ponytail, glasses, black BDUs, blue urban cammo Acen T-shirt, black shoulderbag.

Stopped by the both, signed up, because I'm interested in these games, although my play experience with them is limited.

I'm an anime fan going back to the days of summary cards.

If you don't know what that means, you're not oldschool...

I'm Olivia and I'm in charge of everything you hear in the game, except for the spoken spoken; ie, all the music and sound effects.

I'll be flying out to AX in a few weeks in a seirufuku too. Good times.

I'm Josh. I'm a 19 year old Anime/Manga Fanatic and Lifelong Video Gamer.

If you were at Acen, I was the tall white guy wearing a black shirt, dark blue Hoodie, a FMA Beanie and black denim pants on that stopped by on Friday. I talked to the lead artist(Miss Meow) and was probably asking stupid questions about how to get the sign-up thing to work.

Alternatively, you might also have seen me at the Anime Pavilion booth on Friday Night or the Voices for Peace Concert on Saturday. I was the Tall white guy, wearing all black standing by the door being confused for a security guard and trying to get pictures and autographs of the voice actors.

I'm Dave, I'm a 42 year old scientist who studies rivers.  I've been into anime since around 1990.  I've been in a shojo anime & manga phase for the last few years.  I really like Escaflowne (tv), Marmalade Boy, You're Under Arrest, Ah! My Goddess, Nausicaa, Mobile Police Patlabor, and obviously Kimagure Orange Road.  I like artwork by Akemi Takada and Kia Asamiya.

I used to read a lot of american comics, but now most of my purchases are translated from japan.  I read a lot of science fiction and military history (and mil scifi).  I play some games on my PC and my PS2, but I don't really consider myself a hardcore video gamer.  I used to play a lot of tabletop games, many of them wargames, and I was into miniatures for a while.

I was at Anime Central but I don't recall what questions I asked at the panel.  I'm a tall guy (6'2"), overweight, and was wearing fox ears.  I'm told my picture is in the June issue of Newtype USA in the writeup about Anime Detour; I'm the tall guy behind the pachinko machines.

I am Chris, one of the programmers at Okashi.  I am responsible for the user interface, all graphic rendering, special effect programming, and, in general, getting the pretty content from the artists and musicians to your eyes and ears.  I also help moderate this forum.

wow another You're Under Arrest fan! that's rare xD

My name is Colin, and I'm under contract with Okashi Studios to draw the backgrounds for the game! =3

I live in Canada...I really like works from Kosuke Fujishima, especially You're Under Arrest and Ah! My Goddess ^^ I don't have any modern gen consoles, just the original big grey box that some may remember as the playstation Tongue and i'm really into RPGs, especially those with a nice romance story in 'em =3

Hello Everyone,

My name is John and I'm 18. I was at ACEN, and came up to the Okashi booth not knowing at all what a "ren'ai" game was, but once I found out I became very interested. I'm a manga/animation artist, and will be going to Columbia College of Chicago for animation. I was just wearing jeans and a black hoodie, and I asked about doing some drawings for "Shira-Oka", which I very much hope to do! (I'm nearly finished with my second sample...)

I'm still new to anime, I've only been following it for a year or two. Before that, I only secretely loved it, because most of my friends said it was stupid. I remember watching giant robot animes when I was 4 years old and loving them. But I don't remember the names fo the series, so yeah, I'm an anime newb.

I focus more on drawing my own than watching a lot, but I have watched and read a fair amount or anime/manga.

I'm Ari, a 25 year old guy who wants to eat Hideaki Anno's delicious brain. I write Shira Oka, and in my spare time enjoy poetry, complaining, the way Minky Momo looks, and reminiscing about the days when RPGs were good. I'm the resident stereotypical old-skool grump who watches Do You Remember Love in the dark and cries.

my name is April, and I am the Lead Artist for Okashi Studios.   I enjoy drawing, cosplaying, Video-Gaming, and sewing.

I was the acen booth and panel, as the one wearing Second Chances's uniforms.  At the Acen's panel, I sat next to Andrew. :3

I am 21 y/o University student in computer science who wants to enter this sub-industry of gaming. (Maybe after I come back from my 10 month intern from Japan)

I like anime and play some dojin games so obscure you people don't know (Melty Blood ReAct, Eternal Fighter Zero, Immaterial and Missing Power, etc...). Also, I just went to Anime North this past weekend and saw Kotoko's concert. Also, I know a little information about current Japanese Ren'ai games.

I am also a fairly decent video game player. I usually play at the casual level directly below tournament level. Spotting glitches and game imbalance issues are some of my skills.

On the creative side, I like to write for fun. I am also a hopless romantic.

I'm also probably going to be a tough critic (that's what I think anyways). Don't worry though. I won't cause trouble.  Smiley

Hello. I'm Shira (or that's what I go by now). I was at ACEN -- I was wearing a black skirt, a black shirt, a white shawl over that. I was tryin' to go as an original character of mine, but it failed.

Anyway, I have no drawing skills, but I do write alot (but 90% of it never gets finished). I've been published in my school writing contest, and gotten runner up in a county wide thing that they do every year. I love RPG's (Xenosaga, FF-X and FF-X-2 to name a few).

No. Shira is the name of a character of mine. She started out as Suiichi Minimino's (from YYH) little sister, and has branched out as several different Shira's.

I think the last name is spelled Ra'eck.

But Oka is pretty...

'Allo, allo!

I'm Katie, I'm 18 years old, going to Purdue in the fall, and pretty much a ren'ai gaming newbie - doesn't mean I can't start somewhere, nay?

At ACen, I was dressed up in a blue skating dress with wings and I either spent all of my time following Link around (Yep. I was Navi.), or sitting at my artist alley table doodling. Nothing beats a good waste of time!

Favorites? Drawing, video games, sewing, html coding, singing... that sort of deal.

Oh! And, I did some sample pictures for Shira-Oka and hopefully I'll get to do more art soon for y'all! ^_^ I hope I get to draw Suzu chibis more, she's so fun.
